Having qualified in the Republic of Ireland, and subsequently been admitted to the roll of solicitors in Northern Ireland and England & Wales, Selena has over 25 years experience in dealing with a broad range of contentious matters in all three jurisdictions. Selena has a recognised expertise in professional negligence, insurance law, and occupational health claims. With a client base that includes, corporates, insurance companies and high profile individuals, Selena has also acted for a number of Northern Ireland`s largest employers. Marie is a highly skilled litigator who specialises in reputation management, privacy and media issues. With a wealth of experience acting for high-net-worth individuals and corporates from the UK and around the world, Marie deals with issues involving data protection, social media harassment and online misinformation.
Marie’s expertise includes dealing with both pre and post publication issues. She represents her client’s interests in dealing with the global social media platforms in addition to both online and print/broadcast media, with a particular interest in “right to be forgotten” applications. Marie also has a proven track record in human rights matters, and judicial review.

Caoimhe graduated with a first class honours degree in Law (LLB) from Queen’s University Belfast in 2020. She trained in the Office of the Attorney General for Northern Ireland and completed her professional training in 2022, obtaining a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Caoimhe works as an integral part of a partner led team, dealing with reputation management issues encompassing data protection, misuse of private information, and online misinformation. A focus of Caoimhe’s work is assisting in representing high profile individuals and private companies in dealing with complaints relating to social media platforms, including actions against other platform users and complaints against the platform itself. Caoimhe also has experience of assisting with complex commercial litigation involving contractual disputes.
